A travel enthusiast and motivated by her passion for the sea, Clearwater Passages Founder, Courtney Graham had been deeply integrated in the yachting industry as well as luxury hospitality management for over 15 years before redefining her role in the yachting industry and establishing herself as a reputable independent yacht charter broker. Each year, Courtney continues to travel to different regions and yacht shows to personally tour and inspect yachts, interview and gain rapport with crew and experience destinations firsthand.
Clearwater Passages is pleased to draw from Courtney’s expertise in travel with clients worldwide. Her expansive history in luxury yachting as a charter broker, professional yacht crew and yacht manager offer Clearwater Passages immediate knowledge and understanding of yacht design, layouts, crew dynamics, chefs and their galleys, and can offer a unique insight to your charter experience. Her thorough comprehension of the industry offers a direct and fresh perspective to prospective clients who wish to charter, whether they are returning charterers or new to the industry.
Courtney lived over twelve years onboard throughout the Eastern Caribbean, logged well over 15,000 nautical miles at sea with extensive personal knowledge and experience in many of the charter destinations. She enjoyed entertaining guests for years as chef onboard, holds a 100 Ton Master Captain License and her love of the water extends under the sea as a PADI diver.

Clearwater Passages offers thorough charter guidance with extensive attention to detail, clear communication throughout and and a dedication to fulfilling opportunities for clients. We aim to create an enjoyable travel experience from the beginning aspects of planning so that most details (documents, confirmation of specific charter details and charter funds) are handled securely and efficiently behind the scenes. While providing genuine and sound advice, we adhere to strict ethical and fiduciary guidelines and maintain extensive knowledge of the industry, yachts, crews and destinations.

CYBA
The Charter Yacht Brokers Association is to promote and maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in the crewed yacht charter industry and serves as a liaison and network between brokers and industry-related groups. Membership for CYBA requires sponsorship and referrals from active CYBA members and regular attendance at annual broker shows and seminars. Members have to conform to a list of standards which provides charterers with additional security.
VIPCA
The Virgin Islands Professional Charter Association unifies, supports and furthers the capabilities of the marine charter industry within the U.S. Virgin Islands by providing compliance guidance, youth training, and unification for the development of charter industry standards by liaising crew, vessels (owners and owner operators), charter brokers and marine vendors.
